SCOPE OF WORK
Client was experiencing wet basement floor 24/7/365 with a sump pump installed by the previous house owner.
- Major cracks in foundation walls
- Hydrostatic pressure cracks on floor
- Basement floods on rainy days
- Limited in and out working access
We had to take a traditional approach with this project due to the limited in and out access. Bucket out debris and bucket in concrete mix.
- Dig the perimeter drain
- Layer with river pebbles
- Install soil drainage plumbing
- Protect plumbing then concrete patch the floor
