SCOPE OF WORK
Plumbing access located two rooms away. Baseboard heaters located where the new doors needed to be installed. Limited area for straight run counter.
- Bring water line and drain pipe into room
- Wire rooms for ceiling lights
- Shorten baseboard heaters for doors place
- Open exterior wall to get plumbing access
Cut walls open for doors, convert and bury heating water line to accommodate doors.
- Install hidden door for new partition
- Install corner kitchen
- Build step stairs
- Laminate kitchen area
- Complete with painting and trimming
