SCOPE OF WORK
Client had paint chippings falling from the ceiling
- Loose paint
- Soft surface
- Required sealing and skim coating
- Stain block water stains
This painting project had all the painting issues to resolve, but I had the experience to accomplish the task.
- Used quality stain block primer
- Applied 3 layers of skim coat
- 120 sand and primed
- Paint to a perfect finish
